  The error occurs during FTB processing when the object is
  started read only.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The following error occurs during FTB                        *
  * creation when the index is started                           *
  * read only:  DSNT501I DSNIDBET RESOURCE                       *
  * UNAVAILABLE and the reason code                              *
  * 00C90080 (Resource is in READONLY(RO)                        *
  * mode and there is attempt to do some                         *
  * operation that requires RW access).                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply corrective PTF when available                          *

  The following error occurs during FTB creation when the index
  is started READONLY(RO):
  DSNT501I DSNIDBET RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE and the reason code
  00C90080 (Resource is in READONLY(RO) mode and there is an
  attempt to do some operation that requires RW access).
  The error is caused by the write request claim against read
  only object. FTB creation is abandoned due to this error.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been modified to remove a write claim request
  against every index selected by in-memory optimization to
  create or free FTB.
