  • With IBM Developer for z systems 14.0.0.6
When performing Local Syntax Checking, several compilation
errors are reported in the listing file:
IBM 1161IW The SAA2 suboption is not valid for the LANGLVL
compiler option
but no errors are reported in the remote error list view.
. Set the PL/1 Project Properties with SO/SI as Local DBCS
Options
. DBCS SO/SI pseudo characters are displayed in the Editor
. Using the Local Syntax Checking provides several compilation
errors in the listing file
. No errors are reported in the remote error list view.
