Problem conclusion
Remote debug and code coverage certificate verification was updated to accept DBM certificates that share a trusted root certificate with RSE. This issue is fixed in the following products: IBM Developer for z Systems IBM Developer for z Systems Enterprise Edition IBM Developer for z/OS IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition IBM Z Open Development IBM Z Open Unit Test
