PH16734: NON-ADMIN USER CANNOT USE OPEN WITH ON A FILE DATA SOURCE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Windows user with standard privileges cannot populate the list
  of applications to open a File Data Source for editing.
  
  A user with administrative privileges can perform this task.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  1. Edit the file containing the data outside of RIT.
  2. Browse to the file using File Explorer and use Windows Open
  With.
  3. Open the File Data Source in Test Factory and click Refresh
  to see new data.
