  * Users encounter a deadlock when a set                        *
  * of CREATEs and ALTERs of trusted                             *
  * context, with COMMITs in between, is                         *
  * processed.                                                   *

  Users encounter a deadlock when a set of CREATEs and ALTERs of
  trusted context, with COMMITs in between, is processed.
  The deadlock is caused between the trusted context build
  process and commit processing when they both access the same
  catalog tables in different orders.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 is modified to avoid the deadlock by accessing the
  objects in the same order. Users may now receive a timeout
  instead of a deadlock.
