Error description

• Compiler fails to compile the source that uses std::sort with
  TEMPINC compiler option while defining  __USE_STL_TEMPINC__
  macro.
  

Local fix

• Remove __USE_STL_TEMPINC__ macro or compile with -Wc,NOTEMPINC
  compiler option.
