Error description

• Incorrect decimal-overflow exception might be raised for a (HEX
  or IEEE) floating-point to fixed point decimal conversion, when
  the source code contain a floating-point value (or
  variable) being converted to multiple fixed point decimal
  types, with different significant digits.
  

Local fix

• Using a different floating-point variable for each fixed point
  decimal type, with a different significant digit, for the
  conversion might circumvent the issue at NOOPT.
