• steps to reproduce :
  1.create three user U1,U2,U3.
  2. Two team T1 and T2.
  3. U1 and U3 in T1 and U2 and U3 in T2 in administrator role.
  4. Created three components:
      C1-T1-U1 U3
      C2-T2-U2 U3
      C3-T1 T2-U1 U2 U3
  
  5. created some properties in all three components
  6.Create App -T1 T2 and added all three component.
  7.Create env -T1 T2
  
  Scenario-1 :Login with U1
  
  When U1 try to access environment properties under env-config :
  
  U1 does not have permission on C2
  
  Scenario-2: Login with U3
  
  When U3 try to access environment properties under env-config :
  
  U3 can access all properties
