APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When adding a new Meta data description in the RBD preferences
  via EGL-> Rich UI if the Meta String content contains a comma
  the new entry is not retained once the preferences options are
  closed and then reopened.
  
  An example is when trying to add a Viewport meta data entry
  which includes valid content ie "width=device-width,
  initial-scale=1"> it is accepted initially but the inclusion of
  the comma in the content seems to be firing a reset to revert
  back to the default settings for Meta's in preferences.
