    ****************************************************************
User ran a utility that utilizes a LISTDEF on a list of objects
residing in one or more stopped databases, and the utility
abended with RC00E40012 and reason RC00C90081.
During the utility process, Db2 detected a stopped database.
Db2 returned an error and stopped the utility.

Problem conclusion

  • Db2 code has been modified to correct the aforementioned problem
by enabling objects in a stopped database to be processed by the
LISTDEF without failing with the subject error.

In addition, OPTIONS ITEMERROR SKIP should be specified with the
main utility execution on the LISTDEF or else the utility can
still terminate with RC8 due to RC00C90081 when processing
    objects in the stopped database.
