Error description

• Its observed a call statement with sysLib.bytes will be marked
  as in error in code editor ie
  recILength int = sysLib.bytes(rrs0610I_v01);
  recOLength int = sysLib.bytes(rrs0610O_v01);

  The isNoRefresh = yes,isExternal = yes parts are highlighted and
  flagged as in error in the top line however its the sysLib.bytes
  part that causes the error.
  If you remove those parts the error is resolved as also seen in
  the second line.
  
  This error is not thrown in RBD 9.1.1 and is seen since 9111 and
  through all 9.5.x versions.
