APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Even after the rollback(e.g. from v9.0.0.10 to v9.0.0.9), the
  output of versionInfo -fixpacks still displays both 9.0.0.9 and
  9.0.0.10 under the "Installed Fixpack" section.
  It should display only 9.0.0.9.

  VersionInfo -fixpacks shows a list of applied fixpacks. If a
  fixpack is rolled back to older fixpack. It should not be put
  in the list of applied fixpacks.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to update the version compare method to output
  correct version order.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.5.1 and 8.5.5.16  Please refer to the
