Error description

• With the CQ-feature "FormSelection" it is possible for the user
  to switch the forms.
  
  In interaction with the other CQ-feature "DynamicForms" it will
  be possible to switch the forms automatically without the
  approval of the user.
  If the forms will be similar (not identically) it is possible
  that the user will not see / mention, on which form the user is
  working actually.
  
  Of course the user can open the form menu and then the user will
  see which is the actually opened record-form.
  But this is some kind of circuitously and not very easy.
  
  It is expected that the user has a possibility to see easily
  which form is opened and not that the user has to click for this
  information, because this is an important information.
  
  One possibility is to show the form-name after the id / dbid /
  unique key.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available 9.0.1.11 and 9.0.2.3.
  When the ClearQuest Web Form Selection feature is enabled, the
  form name is now displayed to the user.
