Error description

• With the Webtool interface in IBM z Development and Test
  Environment (zD&T) 12..0.2.1 will fail to import or deploy an
  image that has been configured with 1 CP and 1 ZIIP
  
  The log may show messages such as:
  [ZDT-LOG-SEVERE] importImage exception: For input string: ""
  java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
  
  For import issues correct the CCSID in this or that way then the
  APAR would lead to a fix for the deploy issue

• This fix is now available as part of IBM Z Development and Test
