APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• With RAA 6.1.0.14, some COBOL modules that has SQL code failed
  to scan with a complier error "IGYDS0225-S An "EXEC SQL"
  statement was found, but the "SQL" compiler option was not in
  effect."
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to use WPS scanner.
  

Problem summary

• Received error while scanning COBOL code using compiler based
  scanner.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CBS scanner was not processing correctly some SQL statements
   where a period after the END-EXEC statement was missing.
