  ABEND04E RC00E70005 may occur in DSNXOWIN M103 when preparing
  or binding a query with an OLAP function and with aggregation
  specification when STARJOIN is enabled, and the
  PLAN_TABLE.JOIN_TYPE has the value ?P?.
  
  The abend happens when processing STARJOIN with
  PLAN_TABLE.JOIN_TYPE ?P?. Db2 may not find the last plan to
  access the table correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The abend described above is fixed by finding the access
  plan to access the last table correctly when the
  PLAN_TABLE.JOIN_TYPE has the value ?P?.
