Error description

• The abend is the result of a thread cancel during a very small
  timing window when DB2 is suspended on a timer wait.

  The abends are the result of a ROB control block being reused
  invalidly.  This may occur if an agent is performing a short
  timer wait (milliseconds), using a temporary ROB, and the timer
  wait detects that the thread was canceled.  Prior to abending
  the canceled thread, the timer code will free the ROB if it is
  able to remove the agent's request from the timer queue (thus
  ensuring that the ROB won't be freed by the timer service task
  upon resume).  However, it's possible that the timer task has
  already freed the ROB, and the cancel logic is actually finding
  some other agent's request and freeing the ROB which now belongs
  to that other agent.

Problem conclusion

• The timer logic which removes a canceled agent's request has
  been modified to validate the correct ownership of the request
  by matching the EB address as well as the ROB address.
