  While parsing the ALTER TRACE command, an error in the command
  parser causes the parameters to be interpreted incorrectly.
  This results in the parsed command containing an invalid IFCID
  parameter value.
  The invalid parameter is correctly detected, and CSQW138E is
  issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ9SCNA is changed to correctly parse the ALTER TRACE command,
  preventing an erroneous IFCID parameter being inserted.
