• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the mutiple RAA instances do certain actions at the exact
  same time, then there could be this sort of interference that
  more than 1 job in the /tmp at the same time,  which would cause
   the error below:

  found
  

Local fix

• You can change SetupEnv to ensure that the generated CommonEnv
  file is unique.
  

Problem summary

• The error "/tmp/CommonEnv.sh: not found" occurs during various
  batch processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the SetupEnv command to ensure that a unique CommonEnv
  script is generated when needed.
