Error description

• Customer running a LOAD utility using INDEXDEFER.
  The job abnormally ends with:
  DSNU017I DSNUGBAC - UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION
                     ABENDED, REASON=X'00E40417' CAUSE=X'00C90110'
  .
  A dump is written with following symptom title:
  DSNT,ABND=04E-00E40417,U=Z6JHD ,M=N ,C=111.UTIL-UTILINIT,
  M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNUTILA.DSNUFOBD+0958
  .
  The dump shows that a field that should be equal to the index
  obid (IXOBID) is zero across two utility modules.
  The problem is tied to the use of INDEXDEFER option.
  Omitting INDEXDEFER the problem does not happen and the utility
  ends successfully.

    ABENDS0C4-0000003B RC3B in DSNSVBK +x'115E' OFFSET115E and/or
    ABEND04E-00E20029 RC00E20029 in DSNSVBK due to storage overlay
    from FAN-SET ODB pointers.

  LOAD INDEXDEFER can experience the following abends when the
  indexes are created as DEFINE NO:
  
  ABEND04E RC00E20005 at DSNSVBK OFFSET1AEE
  
  ABEND0C4 RC11 at DSNSVBK OFFSET2156
  
  Both of these abends are the result of storage being overlayed.
  This overlay was caused by LOAD attempting to process the
  indexes even though the INDEXDEFER keyword was used.
  
  
  LOAD INDEXDEFER ENFORCE CONSTRAINTS of a child table with the
  parent table in the same table space abends with ABEND04E
  RC00E40417 at DSNUFOBD OFFSET0958.  This abend was caused
  by LOAD attempting to process the index(es) of the parent
  table.

Problem conclusion

• LOAD code has been modified to fix the aforementioned problems.
