Error description

• An ABEND0C4 RC11 occurred at DSNTCNFE at 0FFSET20Cx. It was
  retried and an SVC dump was not requested.

  * an ABEND0C4 in DSNTCNFE occurs                               *
  * on peer members and the command does                         *
  * not take effect on these members. The                        *
  * ABEND0c4 was due to the incorrect                            *
  * input parameter list pointer.                                *

  Local variables were declared and initialized on the same
  instruction in DSNTCNFE. The compiler generates code for
  local variable initialization. The input parameter list
  register could be used for such initialization and its
  original value is lost.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code has been changed to separate the local variable
  declaration and initialization. The code to initialize
  variables is done after preserving the input parameter
  list pointer.
