Error description

• When adding properties to processes or process templates, users
  can modify the order of these properties. This is especially
  useful for runtime (user override-able) properties that would
  display on the process page when users request new builds of a
  process, so that administrators can order these properties based
  on importance/need. In previous UCB versions, administrators
  were able to drag the properties to re-order them. The drag
  handle on these properties is now missing.

Problem conclusion

• Upgrading to UrbanCode Build 6.1.4.1 fixes this issue.
