PH07977: ON Z/OS, JAVA.UTIL.NOSUCHELEMENTEXCEPTION FOR CLIENT #11 WHEN USING WOLA TO STANDALONE LIBERTY

Error description

• A client batch job is successfully requesting rule execution in
  Liberty but then it ends with RC08 before it completes all of
  the expected workload.
  
  This is the failure;

  com.ibm.rules.res.execution                                  E
  ilog.rules.res.session.rawdata.RawDataRuleExecutionException:
  java.util.NoSuchElementException
  It occurs when more than 10 jobs are running and is an
  intermittent problem. Sometimes the failures occurs (always
  when more than 10 jobs are running) and sometimes it doesn't
  occur (even with 20 client jobs running).
  
  This does not occur using standalone zres.
