Error description

• Windows users are unable to change the description of IHS
  running as a service in Windows, as the description will get
  overwritten with the default once the web server is restarted.

Problem conclusion

• The directive "ServiceDescription" was added to IBM HTTP
  Server for Windows that allows users to append to the
  default
  description IHS sets.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 8.5.5.16
  - 9.0.5.0
