  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: There is no status reporting for the    *
  *                      Current Status Rebuild phase of Queue   *
  *                      Manager Recovery.                       *

  There is no status reporting for the Current Status Rebuild
  phase of Queue Manager Recovery. This can make it difficult to
  determine if the Current Status Rebuild phase is still
  executing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The message CSQR031I will now be used to display the current RBA
  that is being processed in the Current Status Rebuild phase.
  This will occur every 2 minutes that work is still being
  executed in this phase.
