EXPLAIN of an INSERT statement to IBM Db2 Analytics  INSERT
Accelerator V7 might result in ABEND0C4 RC38
AT DSNXODTX +0F51C or +0C698.  If there is a column with
LOB data type in the statement, it could increase the chance
of hitting the abend.
