PH06510: A SINGLE CORRUPTED 'AGENT\CONF\AGENT\INSTALLED.PROPERTIES' FILE CAN PREVENT MULTIPLE AGENTS FROM GOING ON-LINE

Error description

• If whitespace is somehow added to the end of the
  'locked/agent.id' value in an agent's installed.properties will
  cause the AgentTaskBatcher to fail.  Resulting in multiple
  agents failing to come on-line.
  Server's log will contain entries such as:
  AgentTaskBatcher - Found a new agent with endpoint
  mjNUAdTSkpMQV8hfeth7
  (agent-mjNUAdTSkpMQV8hfeth7 ) did not produce a valid URI <<<
  Note the whitespace between the '7' and the ')'
  Caused by: java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in
  authority at index 6: jms://mjNUAdTSkpMQV8hfeth7
  

Local fix

• Remove the whitespace from the Agent's installed.properties
  locked/agent.id value.
