Error description

• Incorrect output: Although SSRANGE code is generated for
  reference modifications, the IGYSC2253-W warning
  message is not produced unless the program also includes at
  least one table (no actual table access is required).

  When the RULES(NOLAXPERF) and SSRANGE compiler options were
  specified, the compiler based its decision to generate
  message IGYSC2253-W solely on the presence of tables in the
  data division, even though SSRANGE code can be generated for
  reference modifications as well.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was modified so that it also keeps track of
  reference modifications, as well as table definitions, when
  deciding whether to produce the IGYSC2253-W warning message for
  RULES(NOLAXPERF) and SSRANGE.
