     REPLACING statement was missing. Added the missing logic.
  04.Debug lines were not being checked inside of Replace
     statements.
  05.ASCII and EBCDIC character constants were not supported
  06.IDz Batch CC fails startup if it encounters a disabled
     IFAPRDxx definition for a product that it can be part of
     (PID 5697-CDT, or 5724-T07).

Problem conclusion

• 01.Allowed Ascending/descending data-names to be subordinates
     of the subject of the table entry and not just the subject
     of the table entry.
  02.Made empty parameters in the ENTRY declaration valid in the
     parser.
  03.Logic for supporting nested copybooks inside of a COPY
     REPLACING statement was missing. Added the missing logic.
  04.Made Replace statements on Debug lines work when Debugging
     mode is on.
  05.Added support for ASCII and EBCDIC character constants.
  06.faulty logic for handling disabled product definitions has
     been corrected.
