Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
  - Import a WSDL in Rational Integration Tester that includes
  other bindings than just soap. For instance an HTTP POST binding
  : <http:binding verb="POST"/>
  - Try to create a test from MEP from that WSDL
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
  The test is created
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
  The tool fails to create the test with an error of type : No
  root level messages were defined in the schema WSDL
  
  WORKAROUND :
  Remove the non-soap binding
