Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
  Simply execute  ghtester_mysql.sql to create a result database
  in MySQL
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS :
  The script runs and the result database is created.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS :
  You get an error of type :
  ERROR 1215 (HY000) at line 1528: Cannot add foreign key
  constraint
  
  
  WORKAROUND :
  1) From the SQL instructions "CREATE TABLE `test_cycle`" (line
  1509) to "CREATE TABLE `test_cycle_project_user`" (line 1558) ,
  the ENGINE=INNODB is not specified.
  2) The table "test_cycle_project" has the FOREIGN KEY
  (`project_id`) with REFERENCES `PROJECT`(`id`).
  PROJECT table is in uppercase.
  But the table is created in lowercase => CREATE TABLE `project`
  (line 27)
