Error description

• The issue is that if the user specifies COPYRIGHT and/or
  SERVICE compiler options, the strings get dumped to the first
  object program for the first program in the batch compile, but
  never get dumped to any subsequent object programs.

  inadvertently cleared after they were written to the
  object program of the first program in a batch compilation.
