Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
  - In RIT, create a stub
  - Publish that stub to RTCP
  - In RTCP -> Environment create a scenario which includes that
  stub
  - In RIT, create a suite
  - Add a test to your suite
  - In the suite scenario editor -> references, click Load
  scenario from Rational Test Control Panel and add your scenario
  there
  - Save your suite and run it
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
  - The existing stub entry for the scenario should be the one
  shown as running
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
  - An additional stub entry is added to the page
