APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Log action can fail to write to a file but not report it
  back to the test or stub.
  
  The JVM console reports this:
  
  java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\temp\myfile.csv (The process
  cannot access the file because it is being used by another
  process.)
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create an empty file named myfile.csv
  
  2. Open the file in Excel
  
  3. Execute a test containing a Log action to write to the file
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The test should fail and output an error
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The test continues without error
