APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After applying FixPack 4 with the fix for APAR # PI95389, there
is an issue when popups were NOT blocked. In that case, the
popup occurred, they signed in IDP and then the popup went
blank.

There is an issue with the code where ssoReAuthCallback was
*only* being set in the case of blocked popups.

The ssoReAuthCallback needs to be set even in the case when
popups are *not* blocked.

Local fix

  • Workaround:

At this moment there is no workaround.

Customers using SSO should *not* upgrade to 9.0.1.4 or it will
break their setup.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.5.
The issue no longer occurs when ClearQuest Single Sign On is
enabled.  A blank window will not pop-up anymore.
