  * the RPFC (Remote Pair FlashCopy) for                         *
  * XRC feature for data set level                               *
  * FlashCopy by Db2 utilities.                                  *

  Db2 11 and 12 is adding a new Db2 subsystem parameter,
  FLASHCOPY_XRCP, that specifies during Db2 utility operations
  whether data set level FlashCopy is allowed to primary volumes
  in an XRC relationship when the RPFC feature has been installed
  and enabled. When FLASHCOPY_XRCP is YES, the utility will
  specify the FCTOXRCPrimary option on the DFSMSdss COPY command
  which allows the FlashCopy operation to be successful.
