Error description

• Index name defined in linkage section ignored by INITCHECK
  processing.
  
  It is normal for data items in the linkage section to be
  ignored for INITCHECK processing, but the compiler should check
  for index names

  For INITCHECK processing, items defined in the linkage section
  are typically ignored.  However, since index names defined in
  the linkage section actually reside in working storage, they
  should be subject to INITCHECK processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to ensure that index names defined in
  the linkage section are subject to INITCHECK processing.
