Error description

• Attempting to de-select "Current Environment Inventory at
  Execution Time" does properly remove it from the request.
  
  #Reproduction
  0) Have component with multiple versions, and environment with
  inventory
  1) Go to deploy environment with that component and "Choose
  Versions" > "Select for All.." > "Current Environment Inventory
  at Execution Time" and hit OK to save
  2) Hit "Choose Versions" again and click on the "X" next to the
  "Current Environment Inventory at Execution Time" option to
  remove it and hit OK to save
  3) Notice there is still 1 version selected, and if you submit
  the process request, the request will contain that option still

• Close out the dialog and re-open it
