Error description

• With the June month-end v6.1 compiler PTF (or the May PTFs for
  v5.2 and v6.2), a program that compiled successfully at a prior
  PTF level may now fail compilation with
  
      IGYCB7104-U Internal error while compiling function
          {function}. Failed assertion on ./CodeGenRA.cpp:119.
          Compilation terminated.
  
      Assertion failed at ./CodeGenRA.cpp:119: !regsAreLive
      Virtual or real registers are live at end of method
          compiling {function} at level: warm

  The compiler was previously changed to add support for
  customers with invalid USAGE DISPLAY data migrating from
  Enterprise COBOL V4.2 and earlier. This fix didn't correctly
  update the compiler's internal data. When the problem was
  detected, the compiler terminated rather than continue with
  incorrect internal state.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed to correctly update its internal data.
