• The MATCH action in the diagnostic plan feature, cannot match
  any messages from System.out or System.Err streams.

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed to allow the diagnostic plan to match any
  messages from the System.Out and System.Err streams.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
