Error description

• Rational Programming Patterns - v9.6.1
  
  After having loaded a brand new workspace from RTC with the
  9.6.1 version of RPP, in the design explorer view, when right
  clicking on an entity the DELETE command in the pop up menu is
  grayed. Neither can the DEL key be used.
  
  Deletion of entities is not allowed.
  

Local fix

• Go to the preferences/Pattern Driven Programming entry and click
  on Apply and OK button.
  Deletion is now enabled.
