Error description

• An 0C4 abend is encountered in the CDAHLASM utility when
  assembling HLASM.  The CEEDUMP may indicate the exception occurs
  after or in the 'assemble' routine.  The utility may output the
  following error:
  
  (A2D) >>>>> ADATA file DD:SYSADATA retained. rc = 1
  CEE3204S The system detected a protection exception (System
  Completion Code=0C4).
           From entry point asDebug at compile unit offset
