Error description

• When you create an environment from an environment template for
  any application which was created from an application template,
  there are two fields:
  
  - Require Snapshot
  - Use Default Deployment History Retention
  
  which appear repeated.
  
  One time they are editable, while the repetitions are grayed
  out.
  
  After you Save the dialog and the environment is created, you
  can look at the environment Configuration:
  here these fields do not appear duplicated.
