Error description

• Problem introduced is when we use interactive SAS, HOD enters
  a  sort of "graphics mode" where the cursor becomes crosshairs.
  That behavior is good, but the desired behavior when exiting
  interactive SAS is that the cursor goes back to normal and HOD
  is no longer in graphics  mode. In HOD 12.0.2, HOD never exits
  this "graphics mode" and the session becomes unusable outside
  of interactive SAS, as any attempt to  enter commands or
  navigate through mainframe ISPF results in this  error
   ** ISPF screen input error - code = 23 **
