  The CTIRA_SYSTEM_NAME environment variable is being used to
  set the <NM></NM> tags which is required to be the hostname
  of the system in order for SCA-LA integration to work. The
  CTIRA_HOSTLOC environment variable is being used by TEP code
  to set the system node(group name) in the TEP Navigator tree
  with the SMFID.  This is required because the system node in
  the TEP Navigator tree would be set to the hostname set by
  CTIRA_SYSTEM_NAME if CTIRA_HOSTLOC was not also coded.

• This APAR was used to add a new agent configuration parameter
  CTIRA_HOSTLOC. The user would be able to specify this value
  that could be different from CTIRA_SYSTEM_NAME, and would be
  used for display in the TEP navigator tree.
