• Customer issues an INGIMS for a remote system and on the local
  system receives:

  SERVICE=IngPipe.isDisabled RSN=0000007C DIAG='INGPXRCV P1B1 '
  AOF333I INGPXRCV CALL FAILED WITH RC = 16 IN CLIST EVIRYCMD '
  Then on the remote system sees:
  AOF760E NOVALUE CONDITION TRAPPED IN EVIRVCMD LINE 43 (CODE N/A)
  DESCRIPTION SAFE.11
  DSI052I PIPE COMMAND SELF-TERMINATED BY OPERATOR
  AOF350E COMMUNICATION ERROR: SYSTEM=P1B1 ERRTYPE=20 ERRCODE=400
  SERVICE=SIGNAL_ON_HALT RSN=0000004D DIAG='INGRXCMD '
  ING141I SENDING OF ALERT 'COMM_FAILED' FOR 'MVSESA' WAS

  When routing a command via INGIMS from a system running SA 3.3
  to a system running SA 3.4 then this will fail with a NOVALUE
  CONDITION in EVIRVCMD on the SA 3.4 system.
  

Problem conclusion

• REXX part EVIRYCMD has been modified to prevent the NOVALUE
  condition in EVIRVCMD.
