  column FPPNUMNAME (PID).

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Version numbers were incorrect for      *
  *                      some products in the GKB and the        *
  *                      code did not support updates for        *
  *                      these values.                           *

  HSICTLAG was unable to update version names correctly even
  if the GKB had the correct values for CA products.
  
  FPPNUMNAME column in TVERSION was not always updated even if
  the GKB had correct values for CA Products.
  
  FMODCNT values in TLIBRARY and TPOVLIB tables were incorrectly
  updated.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. HSICTLAG changed to update correct version names for
     CA product versions obtained from the GKB.
  2. The FMODCNT columns are now updated.
