• User experienced a decrease in performance responsetime after
  adding two additional core processors to their IBM i server.
  Javacore revealed many runnable threads are in
  java/lang/Class.newInstance() called from
  com/ibm/eNetwork/HOD/common/HODByteToCharConverter.getConverter(
  ).
