  SA 3.3, 3.4:
  o INGTIMER should have an optional parameter (AVAILABLE) to
  enforce that the command will be rejected unless the subsystem
  is AVAILABLE (status UP or ENDED).
  o Auxiliary Storage Shortage Recovery needs to be enhanced
  and messages IRA250I, 252I, 260E, 262I, 265I need to be added
  to +SA_PREDEFINED_MSGS.
  
  SA 3.4:
  o Adjustment to Joblog Monitoring due to z/OS changes
  to the resource name of the SAF check.
  o Customization Dialog command 'CN' on panel AOFGDYNM (Message
  Processing) can incorrectly display the name of a class when
  entered against a line where in fact no data is inherited.
  o Enhance INGPW to allow for the generation of mixed case
  passwords.
  o AOFRCMTR should be enhanced to store the message that caused
  the AOFRCMTR call in the SAFE named AOFMSAFE.
  o Officially introduce and document the INGENQ command that
  allows customers to perform z/OS macros ENQ and DEQ.
  o Allow any REXX program that was scheduled via the SAz Batch
  procedure AOFRYCMD to retrieve the originating jobname and
  userID via task globals AOFRYCMD_JOBNAME and AOFRYCMD_USERID.
  o Importing an RDS table via INGRDS should work regardless
  whether a DSN was specified with or without quotes.
  o When calling INGALERT with Code3=USR (for INFORM=USR), a
  'Value Returned' of 'ERROR' should not result in msgING144I,
  indicating CDEMATCH FOR xyz INGALERT WITH CODES abc RETURNED
  INVALID VALUE:ERROR.
  For INFORM=USR, there should be no restriction for possible
  specifications in field 'Value Returned'.
