APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• If DEBUG(Y) is specified in RKLVIN, the ITM/Engine will include
  the virtual storage address of each module that is loaded during
  initialization.  The purpose of this APAR is to include the
  address of each module regardless of the setting of DEBUG.
  This is a Serviceability APAR.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Include the module address in message KLVST026 at Engine
  startup regardless of the setting of DEBUG/STGDEBUG.
  This will allow traps (e.g.SLIP) to be set without the need
  to restart the Engine/TEMS.
  

Problem conclusion

• Having the module address available via the RKLVLOG can allow
  traps to be applied without having to restart the Engine or take
  a dump.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
